OVERVIEW

 

I was asked by Forbes to brand, animate, and design elements for one of their digital CMO Summits. The theme of this summit was ‘Video in 2021’. I wanted to bring in elements from the video space of the digital media world which you will see laced throughout this project, for example, the ‘bars and tones’ image above designed with Forbes branding in mind.

Intro Loop

With everything in 2020-21 being online and digital, I wanted to create a lobby that would play in the background before the summit begins. The first portion of the video is a loop that would serve the purpose of introducing the agenda of the summit, the speakers, etc.

Intro Video

This video is the second portion of the intro video. This piece is the final video that plays with music right before the start of the video. The idea is that the production team can loop the above video and queue up this video when the summit hosts are ready.

 
 

 

Lower Third

Continuning the theme of using video elements, I designed a lower third that was inspire by the ‘bars & tones’ look. This lower third features the name of the participant, the company in which they work, the copany logo, and of course the Forbes CMO logo to reiterate that we are watching a forbes event.
